Introduction
Moked Precision Instruments Ltd. specializes in the production of high- precision mechanical parts, components and sub-assemblies for the aerospace industries as well as for medical instruments and other commercial sectors.
What we do
CNC Manufacturing:
Complex mechanical parts and subassemblies made from various aerospace materials, whether hog out, castings or forgings.
Moked’s production engineering staff uses an advanced CADCAM system.
The 50 skilled production technicians operate a wide range of modern equipment including 10 CNC machining centers and 10 CNC turning centers .
Moked operates in a 3200 square meter modern production facility.
Additional production processes performed by Moked’s group of sub-tiers: Grinding, Lapping, EDM, Welding and Brazing.
Assembly and Testing:
Moked can build kits and subassemblies as per customer demand including purchased hardware.
This activity is supported by engineering department and is monitored by experienced ERP personnel.
OSP:
Heat treatment, Coating, Painting, NDT.
Capabilities
Very high measuring skills using inspection equipment.
3,4 & 5 axis milling and turning.
Medium to small part size: from 1 mm to 500 mm
Machined materials:
Aluminum, Aluminum Bronze, Magnesium, Stainless Steels, PH- Steels, etc.,
Titanium, Tungsten, Nickel based alloys 625 & 718, A286, and Cobalt based Alloys.
Quality Assurance
Moked’s quality assurance system is ISO 9001, AS 9100 and ISO 14001 approved.
The company’s specially trained personnel carry out the QC in a well-equipped inspection room, which includes 3 computerized Coordinate Measuring Machines.

Our History
Moked is a privet owend company, established in 1958 by Mr. A.Eylon and Mr. D.Goffer.
Today the firm is managed by the second generation of the two famelies.
Our staff has more than 50 years of experience in the field of engineering & precision machining.
As a pioneer of this industrial field in Israel, Moked has made an important contribution to
the growth of this relatively young country's technology.
In recent years the firm has expanded its activities, while maintaining its position as one of the leading manufacturers of high precision mechanical parts in Israel.
In 2015 Moked moved to a new and modern plant, located in Bar-Lev industrial park.
We are proud that today many airplanes and medical devices, contain parts and sub-assemblies manufactured by Moked.
